Hi I'm Joanna. I'm currently working on my Honors Bachelors in Science at the University of Toronto. I have been cooking since I was little, inspired by my grandma. Over the years I've been making my own concoctions so I've finally decided to share. This picture was taken past midnight when I was trying to get things done before a big day, and I didn't realize how awkward it was until I uploaded it here... but now you can see what an awkward person I am, especially with my quarantine mullet, so that's perfect!
As you can tell this is just a casual thing I actually started on the spur of the moment. It's not meant to be personal or whatever, just think of this as an online recipe book... please excuse my bad English and punctuation ;)
Oh and in case you're wondering why I called this blog "The Kitchen Lab,"it's because I science hard and my posts reflect that - I synthesize recipes in my kitchen and I write them out for you with lab-worthy analysis of recipes (as if I was writing a lab report haha).
